Add a note to a customer

With Vev+ you can add a note to each customer's contact card. Handy, so you always have your customer's personal preference at hand. The note is not visible to the customer.

  1. Go to Settings > Customers
  2. Choose a customer
  3. Add a customer note

You can always look up the note via the contact card, but it is also visible the next time the customer comes by. By clicking on the appointment/order you'll see the note on your screen.
